Meet nahyun

Born in South Korea, raised in Tennessee, currently living in the state of Alabama

I’m an Army wife and a mommy to our two beautiful girls, Emory age 3, Kennedy age 1, and our sweet guardian angel baby boy Carson that is 11 months apart from Kennedy who passed at 11 weeks old.

I am a 3x c-section mom, a bonus mommy, and a dog mom to 3 fur babies.

For 5 five years of my mid twenties, I went on a social media cleanse, lots of soul searching, graduated with two bachelor’s degrees in Public Health and Nursing, became a mommy, and ultimately chose to stay at home to raise our growing family. And this is how Lifting Motherhood was born.
