On this journey, I have become a wife to an active duty Army soldier, a mom to two little girls, a newly grieving mom to a sweet baby boy all three by cesarean section, and a dog mom to three big fur babies.
With over 11 years of experience in health and fitness, a bachelors degree in Public Health and Nursing, along with life experiences from having all 3 babies via c-section and losing an infant at 11 weeks old, I am here to be your guide through every stage of living a healthy motherhood.
